Marketing Activation Officer  

Responsibilities:

Online

• Creates and maintains effective and attractive communication with Sekolah Cikal Community and outer community, through various channels.
• Ensures all Sekolah Cikal events are recorded and published regularly and aligned with Sekolah Cikal’s values.
• Monitors and evaluates public engagement in Sekolah Cikal’s online media.

Offline

• Suggests and executes Sekolah Cikal’s events by engaging all Sekolah Cikal Community.
• Collaborates with Sekolah Cikal’s RMCs, Schools, and KGC to ensure their events are well equipped and fully supported.
• Ensures Sekolah Cikal’s participation in education, parenting, and other events to expand Sekolah Cikal’s brand and network.

Improvement

• Assists site to execute programs regularly and takes action to improve the programs to ensure the programs executed aligned with Sekolah Cikal’s short term and long term business strategy.

A Marketing Activation Officer develops and implements Sekolah Cikal’s marketing communication strategy through offline and online campaign. S/he conducts marketing efforts and creates content and engaging materials and experiences to attract potential clients and/or networks and retain existing clients and/or networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in communication/ advertising/ marketing.
• At least 1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Skillful in using microsoft office (word, excel & power point) & digital tools.
