Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Searching for suppliers to develop as potential partners for alternative sources.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Analyzing various ranges of potential supplier / vendor in order to support and decide source selection.
- Generating purchase orders, monitoring, and targeting procurement to be provided in timely need cost - effective and meeting the standard.
- Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specs, pricing, and deadlines.
- Work closely with other related functions in terms of raw materials forecasting needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in managing supply chain operations.
- Track record of supporting a large scale F&B operations or network of physical outlets.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
- Min. 2+ years of being in a supervisor role – supporting a team in order to achieve productivity and/or quality improvement.
- Have good communication, negotiation with client or vendor and doing the purchased order.
- Food & Beverage experience is not mandatory.
- Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
