As a Music Teacher at Sparks Music, you will teach as vocal/drum/guitar/piano teacher. You will inspire and guide students through fun, structured, and progressive music learning journeys. You will teach private and/or group lessons while helping deliver Sparks’ unique Adventure-Based Learning experience for children.
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging private and/or group music lessons based on Sparks Music curriculum
- Adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning pace and personality
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, and internal performances
- Support showcases and student evaluation event
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music OR Have International Music Certification (ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (music school or private)
- Experience teaching children aged 4–15 is an advantage
- Willing to work on site at Branch (Sunter / Cibubur-Kota Wisata / Taman Palem / Harapan Indah-Bekasi)
