- Process vendor invoices, match with POs and delivery notes, and schedule payments based on terms.
- Ensure tax compliance (e.g., PPh 23, VAT) before making payments; coordinate with the Tax Specialist.
- Issue accurate sales invoices to B2B, B2C (marketplace), and retail customers; update ERP records.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on overdue invoices, and coordinate with Sales for collections.
- Maintain updated and accurate vendor and customer data in the ERP system (e.g., Odoo).
- Support monthly financial closing, reconciliations, and documentation for both AP and AR activities.
- Assist in drafting and improving SOPs for AP and AR processes to ensure consistency and control.
- Proactively suggest and support process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization with the IT team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- S1 in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in AP and/or AR; ERP experience (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
- Familiar with tax procedures (PPh 23, VAT) and invoicing practices.
- Experience or interest in SOP development and process improvement is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for coordination across departments.
