- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
- Ensure legal compliance with company policies, regulations, and applicable laws.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, complaints, and litigation matters.
- Support internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Commercial) with legal guidance.
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including company licenses and contracts.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- bachelor’s degree in law, master’s degree is a plus
- licensed to practice law in Indonesia (peradi preferred)
- minimum 3–5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or commercial law
- strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations (business, employment, contract, etc.)
- excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- high integrity, strong attention to detail, and proactive mindset
- fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
