- Extract and analyze data from ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and external sources.
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Translate business questions into data models and visualizations.
- Collaborate with business units to identify KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity, standardization, and validation processes.
- Support ad-hoc and routine reporting for sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Work with IT Architecture and Engineering teams to improve data pipelines and warehouse structure.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiar with ERP/CRM data structures (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
