- Independently build and manage web and mobile applications across the full stack.
- Develop APIs, system logic, and front-end interfaces for both internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with IT Architecture (system design), IT Security (compliance), and Data (analytics pipeline).
- Support integration of third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment, warranty system).
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews.
- Handle staging/production deployments and monitor system health.
- Recommend and implement system improvements, frameworks, and tools.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Proficient in: Front-end: React / Vue / Angular
- Proficient in: Back-end: Node.js / Python / PHP
- Proficient in: API & DB: REST, MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Experience integrating with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Able to work autonomously and cross-functionally with other IT leaders.
- Familiar with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
