- Strategic Partnering: Align people strategy with business goals and drive organizational transformation from traditional to structured, digital, and agile operations.
- HR Operations: Standardize unstructured HR processes into clear, system-based workflows ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and HRIS efficiency.
- Recruitment: Build structured hiring systems and proactive talent pipelines for digital and future-ready roles while strengthening employer branding.
- Performance Management: Transform manual appraisal systems into measurable OKR-based frameworks aligned with company objectives and productivity.
- Learning & Development: Develop structured capability programs to upskill employees in digital literacy, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Employee Engagement: Establish consistent engagement frameworks that shift company culture from traditional hierarchy to empowerment and teamwork.
- Data & Analytics: Implement structured HR data management and analytics to generate insights for leadership and continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to move the organization from unstructured legacy habits toward disciplined, technology-driven culture and processes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduated from a reputable university (local or overseas), with strong exposure to international business environments through collaboration with multinational companies, foreign clients, or regional teams.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role within mid-to-large organizations. Candidates must demonstrate stability, with a minimum tenure of 3–5 years in at least one previous company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end HR digitalization projects (e.g., HRIS/ERP implementation, OKR rollout, employee self-service systems).
- Proven success in transforming HR from a traditional, unstructured function into a data-driven, structured, and systemized HR organization.
- Hands-on experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred; exposure to multisite or multi-entity business structures is an advantage.
- Experienced in organizational restructuring, capability mapping, performance modernization, and culture transformation programs.
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
