- Ensure all outlets and digital sales channels implement display, branding materials, and visual merchandising in accordance with company guidelines.
- Develop and execute in-store promotional programs to drive traffic, customer engagement, and sales.
- Support and drive sell-out performance across offline and online channels through effective retail marketing initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate new outlet opening projects, ensuring readiness of branding, promotional materials, displays, and operational requirements.
- Manage and monitor outlet assets, in collaboration with relevant internal teams, to ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and accountability.
- Manage and develop Sales Promoter Leaders and Sales Promoters across Simbadda Stores to ensure execution standards and sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor outlet execution and provide recommendations to improve retail visibility, customer experience, and sales performance.
- Execute special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc assignments from management to support departmental and company objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Operations, or related functions.
- Proven experience managing retail outlets, in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and retail activation.
- Experience in new outlet opening projects, including branding, POSM, displays, and store readiness.
- Strong understanding of sell-out performance, retail traffic, promotional effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Experience managing Sales Promoters / Sales Promoter Leaders and achieving sales targets.
- Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate retail activities into measurable sales results.
- Good understanding of offline and online retail channels and their integration within an omnichannel environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with retail management, POS, or reporting systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency is preferred.
