Freelance B2B Lead Gen Social Media Marketer  

Project-based | Remote | Philippines / Indonesia preferred

SimplerSupply is piloting a B2B SaaS product that digitises and automates stock replenishment between small suppliers and their stockists. This role is to generate qualified inbound leads for our beta pilot - not to “build our brand” or grow vanity metrics.

This is an execution-focused, experiment-driven role. Speed and learning matter more than polish.

What you’ll do

Design and run paid and lead-generation experiments, intially only on LinkedIn.

Translate clear user pain points into short-form content and ads (e.g. ordering friction, stockouts, sales rep inefficiency).

Build and iterate on:

• Simple landing flows (or lead forms)
• Messaging variants (hooks, pain statements, CTAs)
• Qualify inbound leads at a basic level (fit / intent)

Track and report on:

• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• What worked / didn’t / what you’ll test next

What success looks like

• Clear signal on which messages and channels generate real B2B interest
• A small but meaningful number of qualified beta leads (quality > volume)
• Documented learnings we can reuse post-pilot

Tools / access provided

• Clear ICP and pain-point framing
• Landing pages or lead capture tools (or permission to set up simple ones)
• Direct access to the founder for fast feedback
• Freedom to test, within agreed guardrails

Engagement structure

• 2-3-month initial engagement
• Weekly check-ins, outcome-focused
• Extension based on results and learning velocity

• Proven experience generating B2B leads, not just managing social accounts
• Strong written English; able to write plainly and persuasively
• Familiarity with SMB or operational software is a plus
• Experience in Southeast Asia B2B markets is also a plus
