Full-Time Advanced GoHighLevel Consultant – Funnel, Automation & AI Strategist

Are you a GoHighLevel pro who loves building powerful systems and helping clients grow their businesses? We’re on the hunt for someone just like you to join our fast-growing (and fun!) remote team.

You can start Part-Time, but must be available to move to Full-Time within the first month — we’ve got new projects rolling in and need someone ready to hit the ground running.

The role starts at $20/hour after your first weeks of onboarding and training, with the potential to increase to $25/hour at the beginning of next year based on performance (USD). We value skill, reliability, and results — and reward team members who consistently deliver.

Some training will be provided, but this role is for someone with advanced GoHighLevel and consulting experience. You’ll manage your own client projects, help build full business systems in HighLevel, and bring smart solutions to the table.

Primary Responsibilities

Build and optimize sales funnels using GoHighLevel

Create and automate marketing workflows and CRM systems

Design landing pages and set up integrations with other platforms

Build custom AI chatbots with both standard Conversation AI and Closebot

Help optimize Facebook ad campaigns through HighLevel

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience building funnels and automations in GoHighLevel

Confidence working with complex workflows and integrations

Clear and professional English communication — you’ll be working directly with clients and managing their projects

Bonus Points If You Also Have

Familiarity with other CRM or digital marketing tools

A background in digital marketing and past work as a HighLevel consultant

Experience building with Closebot AI bots

Experience building with Make, Zapier, n8n

A proactive, can-do attitude and love for learning new things

We’ve worked with talented team members from the Philippines before and value flexibility — as long as the work is done with care and quality, we trust you.

Most of our clients are based in the US, so you must be able to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

You’ll also be supported by other full-time HighLevel consultants on our team who can help you get ramped up.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using GoHighLevel to build funnels, automations, and CRM systems

Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize full marketing funnels from lead capture to conversion

Strong understanding of workflow automation, integrations, and pipeline management

Experience creating or managing AI chatbots (Conversation AI and/or Closebot preferred)

Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n for automation and system integration

Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles

Excellent English communication and client-facing professionalism

Must be able to work US business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
