- Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.
- Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies according to a budget.
- Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services.
- Ensures that all areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
- Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.
- Assists guests, clients or organizers with questions and basic requests.
- Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional.
- Provides progress reports and address issues.
- Understands the principles behind providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Possesses the ability to manage a team of housekeepers effectively.
- Demonstrates organizational skills required for ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Shows basic budgeting skills and the ability to keep cleaning supplies and equipment stocked according to a budget.
- Exhibits the ability to teach others how to do their jobs in a friendly, courteous and effective manner.
- Is able to perform several tasks at the same time.
- Shows basic computer knowledge for the purposes of scheduling, recordkeeping, report preparation and more.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate or any related courses.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor in the related field
- Has strong background in housekeeping operations
- Candidate must be systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with an eye for details
- Must have a strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be committed in delivering high quality customer service
