The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value projects within the construction and interior fit-out industry. This role focuses on developing strategic client relationships, identifying project opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and consistently achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Officer works closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and staying informed on industry trends and market opportunities. The role requires extensive fieldwork, account management, and the ability to handle multiple projects across assigned territories.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Work Experience:

Minimum of six (6) years of progressive sales experience, preferably in interior fit-out/design, boards, coatings, fiber cement, or related construction industry or production/services.

Proven record in closing high-value projects, handling key accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction industry projects, modular furniture, and fit-out requirements.
- Advanced understanding of sales forecasting, project-based selling, and negotiation strategies.
Personal Qualities:
- Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Recognized as a 'star player' within the sales team, demonstrating credibility, professionalism, and resilience, preferably with leadership potential.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Trusted, adaptable, and able to assume expanded responsibilities when required.
