Intermediate CAD Technician  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Architectural Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential interior design, able to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and elevations to bring interior concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential interior design projects.
• Prepare accurate floor plans, sections, elevations, furniture layouts, and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to understand design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with studio standards, and client specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on designer feedback and project changes.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Architectural Drafter, preferably in residential interior design.
• 5+ years proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and execute design concepts into technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and clients concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• We are a US-based studio, so proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
