- Acquire new customers and develop existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, manage feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales visits, meetings, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and reports while ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Identify customer challenges, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver the best solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development.
- Develop business opportunities within Enterprise (Corporate), Financial Services (Banking, Non-Banking, Capital Markets), and Special Account segments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Manager in ISP/Telco/Banking industry and handling corporate or enterprise customer
- Experience in ICT products and managing ICT projects.
- Experience in making and executing sales penetration strategy
