- Efficiently process and analyze performance data to generate valuable insights for management.
- Provide comprehensive data reports and summaries to support informed decision-making in both management and operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Open to fresh graduates from Statistics, Mathematics, or other STEM majors with a minimum Bachelor's degree (GPA ≥ 3.40)
- Able to analyze data and take insights
- Familiar with data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, etc.
- Have organizational experience related to teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and judgment, high drive and initiative, as well as good time management
