- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear system and technical solutions.
- Design application flow, solution architecture, and system integration to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD, PRD, and related documents.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Design, analyze, and validate API integrations, including external system connectivity.
- Perform system analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting for integration issues.
- Prepare and support test data for SIT and UAT activities.
- Ensure system readiness and stability during deployment and go-live.
- Provide recommendations for system and process improvements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Solution Analyst, Solution Architect, System Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
- Mandatory experience as a developer with understanding of programming concepts.
- Experience in banking or financial systems (core banking, digital banking, payments, or lending) is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in creating functional and technical documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD, PRD, BAST).
- Experienced API integration (RESTful) and system integration concepts.
- Have knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
