Software Engineer  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable Microservices-based applications.
• Build and maintain backend services using Go and Java (Spring Boot).
• Develop and integrate applications using Next.js within a modern distributed architecture.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services for internal and external system integrations.
• Develop reliable and scalable solutions for transactional and high-volume systems.
• Implement asynchronous communication and event-driven processes using Message Brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support application deployment and operations in cloud environments.
• Optimize database queries, data access, and application performance.
• Ensure software solutions follow best practices related to security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering / Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang) Microservices development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) Microservices development.
• Strong experience with Next.js and modern web application development, preferably within a Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, including service-to-service communication, scalability, and system integration.
• Experienced in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Experience working in the transactional industry, such as Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Payment, E-Commerce, or other high-volume transactional environments.
• Familiar with Message Broker / Event-Driven Architecture, such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other equivalent messaging technologies.
• Familiar with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Git, GitLab, or other equivalent tools.
• Familiar with Containerization and Orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiar with Cloud Computing / Cloud Server environments, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud platforms.
• Familiar with relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or other equivalent database technologies.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, version control, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Able to work collaboratively with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Teams, System Analysts, and other stakeholders.
