Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing and recording invoices accurately and timely.
- Support data preparation for finance reports.
- Verify overtime calculations with timesheets and ensure accuracy before payroll processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for all finance-related transactions.
- Support month-end closing activities and other ad-hoc finance projects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Understand basic finance and accounting principles (basic tax knowledge is a plus).
- Familiar with invoice processing and documentation.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Able to check and reconcile overtime data based on timesheet records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams.
- Able to work under deadlines and maintain good organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Willing to learn and support various finance-related administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
