Frontend Developer  

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end web and mobile applications for digital banking products in accordance with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business requirements.
• Implement scalable, clean, and high-quality user interfaces using Angular for web and Xamarin / Android-based technologies for mobile, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Security (CISO), and Technology Architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Perform continuous bug fixing, performance tuning, refactoring, and enhancement to improve application stability and user experience.
• Apply Agile development practices, actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, while promoting continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage source code through version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure applications comply with security, quality, and coding standards, including secure coding practices and static code analysis.
• Conduct ongoing research and evaluation of emerging frontend technologies to enhance development effectiveness and efficiency.

Technical Skills:

• OOP Languages: TypeScript/JavaScript, Java/Kotlin.
• Frameworks: Angular, Xamarin.
• Source Code & Deployment: CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Containerization (Docker), Code quality & security analysis (SonarQube).

• Salary: 9,000,000 - 11,000,000 gross
• PKWT Contract (extendable)

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer (Web and/or Mobile).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing web and/or mobile digital products, preferably in enterprise or banking environments.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into effective frontend solutions.
• Demonstrated initiative in proposing improvements and best practices within the development team.
