- Drive innovation and contribute significantly to the progress of the company's systems.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical system specifications.
- Create application designs and configurations that fulfill business needs.
- Develop project documentation including TED, FSD, TSD, PRD, and BAST.
- Design technical diagrams using UML (Use Case, Sequence, Class Diagrams) and ERDs.
- Analyze and test external RESTful APIs.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Application Designers to design application integration.
- Facilitate communication with various stakeholders to ensure seamless application integration.
- Prepare data testing sets for SIT and UAT requirements.
- Manage and monitor the application surroundings to ensure stability through to go-live.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking IT or equivalent (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payment Gateways, or financial systems).
- Strong technical background in Java programming (.Net, Kotlin, C#, or C++ is a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL Queries and database design.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API architecture.
- Proven ability in diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving tasks.
- Experience mapping business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Capable of providing ideas and suggestions for team and system improvement.
