- Build, configure, and maintain network monitoring systems like Zabbix or Nagios independently to monitor all active company devices.
- Act as the primary PIC working alongside the IT Support team to identify, isolate, and handle technical network disturbances.
- Perform comprehensive optimization and tuning of all network rules including firewall rules, ACL, and routing across a multi-vendor ecosystem including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, FS, and HPE.
- Provide technical data, evidence documents, and execute direct fixes for ISO 27001, internal, and external audit findings.
- Create weekly project progress reports, network topology diagrams, IPAM, and runbooks while conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- Follow the company working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, performing periodic and incidental visits to the Biznet Technovillage Data Center.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of active experience as a Network Engineer or in Network Operations within an enterprise environment or Data Center.
- Master configuration, CLI, and troubleshooting for Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, FS, and HPE devices.
- Have a CCNA or MTCNA certification as a requirement, with CCNP, JNCIA, ACMA, or Security+ highly preferred.
- Demonstrate capability in deploying and fine-tuning Zabbix or Nagios, handling Layer 1 physical maintenance, and managing audit evidence collection and firewall rule adjustments.
- Reside in Jabodetabek with easy mobility access to come on-site to the Jakarta and Biznet Technovillage Data Center in Cimanggis whenever needed.
