- Serve as a facilitator providing dedicated support to the Scrum Team including Product Owners, Development Teams, and Stakeholders.
- Monitor the Scrum Team throughout agile, adaptive, transparent, and professional software development processes.
- Implement Scrum Core Values within the team encompassing Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment.
- Shield the Development Team's focus from external interventions and impediments.
- Escalate issues and drive proactive solutions for obstacles encountered by the Development Team.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to guarantee that development activities align with agreed Sprint Goals.
- Coordinate with the Product Owner to prioritize Product Backlogs according to business value and urgency levels.
- Supervise the Development Team during the execution of all Scrum Ceremonies.
- Analyze problems proactively to help the team discover both short-term and long-term resolutions.
- Identify opportunities and implement workflow improvements to maximize process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions regarding Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks for the team and broader organization.
- Maintain clear, positive, and constructive collaboration and communication with internal and external IT teams.
- Execute additional responsibilities reliably as assigned by the Group Head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on involvement in software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects and experienced as a Developer.
- Accumulate at least 3 years of total professional experience serving as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge concerning both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Show proven experience in successfully applying Scrum Ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Bring strong operational experience using administrative tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Hold relevant professional certifications as a Product Owner or Scrum Developer as an advantageous addition.
