Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
• Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction

Sales

• Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with company objectives

Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions
• Clearly and confidently communicate product benefits to customers

Inventory

• Assist in inventory management, including restocking, stock monitoring, and inventory counts

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company programs to enhance sales and product knowledge

Sales Reporting

• Monitor sales performance and customer feedback
• Assist in preparing sales reports and contribute ideas for sales strategies and promotional activities

• Bachelor’s degree or college-level education preferred; open to fresh graduates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive client relationships
• Basic understanding of sales principles and willingness to learn sales and negotiation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash or sales transactions accurately
• Familiarity with computers and willingness to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
