- Implement and monitor hse programs across all work areas.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations on occupational health, safety, and environment.
- Develop, review, and update safe work procedures (sop, wi, Safe Work Procedure).
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (hiradc/hirarc/jsa).
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards.
- Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Organize hse training sessions for operators and employees.
- Supervise and monitor environmental aspects of company operations, including wwtp and hazardous waste (B3) management.
- Prepare monthly hse reports and safety statistics.
- Maintain and update hse documentation systematically.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HSE.
- Proven experience in implementing HSE and environmental management systems.
- Certified General ohs Expert (AK3U).
- Certified in Fire Safety and First Aid Training.
- Strong knowledge of applicable Health,Safety, adn Environment and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in Permit to Work and Incident Investigation.
- Skilled in conducting audits, inspections, and Health, Safety, and Ennvironment data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and foster a strong safety culture within the organization.
