- Lead and direct daily operations of plastic manufacturing sites to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Act as Operational Lead to design and implement strategic initiatives that align production capacity with business growth targets.
- Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of operational and strategic KPIs, including profitability, productivity, and compliance.
- Build, develop, and lead Production and Partnership teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Analyze plastic material trends, market demands, and supply chain opportunities to support business expansion.
- Ensure effective execution of new projects by integrating them into operational workflows and production teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, methods, and work culture to enhance productivity, including development of operational tools, new revenue opportunities, and cross-team collaboration.
- Provide monthly reports covering revenue progress, operational efficiency, production performance, and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in operational fields (factory/manufacture/logistics); experience in leading production teams is required.
- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and plastic material types (PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, etc.), including their business applications.
- Knowledge and experience related to domestic waste management, regulation, and environmental standards are preferred.
- Proven project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external partners.
