E Commerce Sales and Marketing Supervisor  

1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly online sales targets across all e-commerce platforms.
- Review SKU performance, pricing, margins, and conversion rates; recommend strategies to improve results.
- Manage participation in marketplace campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize spend for Boost Ads and Sponsored Products.

2. Marketplace Store Operations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product listings, descriptions, attributes, and SEO tags.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes in coordination with Warehouse and Technical teams.
- Monitor store KPIs including ratings, response times, cancellations, and penalties.
- Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain operational excellence.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Oversight
- Lead execution of digital marketing initiatives aligned with company branding.
- Supervise content development for product pages, storefronts, visuals, and TikTok content.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaign execution and timelines.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on analytics.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Supervise the E-commerce Sales & Marketing Associate and any assigned support staff.
- Provide task delegation, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Technical, and Customer Service teams.

5. Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversions, and ad results.
- Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities using data insights.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace rules and internal company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

• Working knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and online selling best practices.

• Experience in at least two of the following platforms is required: Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

• Experience in supervising staff is an advantage.

• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred for this role.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in basic Excel and reporting capabilities is required for data analysis responsibilities.

• Background in automotive products or accessories is a plus.
