About the role:
Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist the Company in carrying out operations that support the order to cash process, from order entry to invoicing all the way through assisting in credit activities. They will join a team of dedicated professionals who support all aspects of AR Operations. Specialist will carry out responsibilities with accuracy, efficiency and keen attention to detail.
- Carry out cash application activities on a daily basis
- Reconcile customer account statements using data from various sources, including research into customer activity history where necessary
- Own query tickets assigned to them to support both internal and external stakeholders
- Understand nuances of home-grown billing system
- Carry out setup of executed customer orders
- Carry out special invoicing for customers who utilize online portals
- Carry out detailed instructions on various ad-hoc tasks assigned to them to create process efficiencies
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or other similar role
- Strong attention to detail within complex processes
- Competence in spreadsheet formula tools (Lookup, Sumif, If, & more formulas, ability to create & analyze pivot tables, ability to organize information from multiple sources)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, to be used for both internal and external stakeholders
- QBO experience is desirable
