We are looking for highly agile Creative Account Coordinators (Associates - Sales) who are strongly passionate about accounts management (sales) and project management.

Handle and respond to customer inquiries related to multimedia design (graphic design, animation, web development).

Perform project scoping, estimates and create proposals.

Do online presentations and client calls.

Support other business development efforts and customer negotiation to get new accounts or new projects across the company's service lines.

Nourish and grow the company's existing accounts.

Support and assist in project management for different clients related to multimedia design (design and animation), web maintenance, web development, and other service lines.

Collaborate with various project stakeholders (clients, designers, and developers) to ensure expectations and responsibilities are aligned.

Perform quality check to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to the client.
- Manage multiple clients and projects related to multimedia design (design and animation), web maintenance, web development, and other service lines.
While the role is mostly work from home, the successful candidate should have the ability to travel to Metro Manila for occasional face to face client meetings 1 to 2x a month.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Has passion in accounts management (sales) and project management for multimedia design (design, animation and web).
- Has very strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
- Highly organized.
- Comfortable talking with clients and doing presentations. Candidates with extrovert personality are better suited for this role.
- Able to multitask and can gracefully handle pressure.
- Highly agile in occasional client calls outside Philippine work hours (i.e. from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, 9:00 PM to 12:00 MN)
- Work Experience: Fresh Grad - 3 years experience
Preferred but not required qualifications:

In lieu of experience, fresh graduates with above academic standing are welcome to apply.

Applicants with customer-facing experience (sales/accounts/business development, customer service, project management) or inclination are preferred.
