Job Description
- Lead the Quality Management Systems, Document Management System, and other Corporate Services functions through data encoding and analysis, monitoring and coordination with other units
- Plan, lead and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System and internal quality audit program
- Lead and facilitate internal quality audit and management reporting
- Oversee internal quality audit activities such as field work and and reports
- Track the audit program timelines of various deliverables to ensure compliance to the standards and goals are achieved
- Ensure that appropriate audit program records are managedand maintained.
- Monitor the performance and achievements of the internal quality audit program
- Plan and Coordinate with the relevant external suppliers for the 3rd party certification engagement and other relevant training providers.
- Conform to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health Safety and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS and ISO 27001 standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least one (3) year relevant work experience related to the company’s business/operations – Quality Management
- Led management systems quality audits
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Graduate of any four-year college course, preferably Industrial Engineering
- Has the technical know-how to establish Quality Management System
