Job Description
- Lead the establishment of innovation processes and support environment from ideation over incubation to acceleration
- Support AP core startups in their problem discovery and market validation
- Help the Innovation Interface and Innovation Portfolio Managers in creating an avenue for Innovators to share best practices and discuss learnings
- Plan and execute a range of Innovation events such as pitch/demo days, workshops, hackathons, etc.
- Lead and complement the ideation process of BUs to include new business models and types of innovations
- Analyze customer needs, conduct market research and co-develop value propositions with external alliances
- Develop innovative and creative go-to-market strategies and paths to monetization
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, startups, trends or creative solutions to assist our incubated startups in their journey
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any 4-year related course
- Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in developing innovation processes and internal innovations preferably in the energy sector
- At least 2 years’ experience in business development or project management
- Professional Project Management, an advantage
