The role is responsible for developing and implementing change management plans for strategic projects of the corporate strategic units, collaborating with project teams, key stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful outcomes by minimizing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

The role is responsible for developing and implementing change management plans for strategic projects of the corporate strategic units, collaborating with project teams, key stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful outcomes by minimizing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the change management plans of a portfolio of priority projects in the business unit.
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive change management plans aligned with the objectives of the projects, which includes, but is not limited to assessment, communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making real-time adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure that change management activities are seamlessly embedded into project plans from start to close, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are aligned.

- Has Business Acumen
- Has Experience in Project Management
What You Will Need:
- Education & Experience:

Professional: At least 5 years of experience as a change manager, with preference for technology projects experience

Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in managerial capacity

Project: Proven experience in project change management, preferably through a mix of high-level technological and organizational projects. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels
Background in IT preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have a certification in ADKAR and other change management frameworks
