Job Description
The position is responsible for ensuring positive employee experience, data integrity, process and statutory compliance.
This position shall be responsible for day to day HR deliverables, manage employee experiences, perform defined tasks, partner with Team members and support the HR Manager on site.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Attraction
- Receive and review PRF from requesting department. Confirm search criteria is aligned with JD, signed off and aligned
- Assist candidates for pre-employment requirements including medical examination
- Prepare hiring documents and new hire announcement
- Conduct actual onboarding session with new hires or transferred employees for the work location/job site
- Create 201 file of new hires and ensure completion before regularization
- Ensure data integrity of employee information in all HCM systems
Timekeeping and Compensation

Monitors, approves and commits employee timekeeping and leave applications in the systems

Validates OTL applications and completeness of entries

Validates accuracy of timekeeping and payroll data based on existing policies and procedures

Submits timekeeping and payroll data to the payroll vendor based on defined timelines

Generates timekeeping and payroll analytics
Talent Retention
- Manage timekeeping process on a timely and accurate manner
- Administer all Company and statutory benefits related processes in a timely and appropriate manner
- Implements employee wellness programs and ensures compliance with
- regulation and company policies
- Ensure implementation of Employee Engagement programs
- Receive and organize training of end users on performance management tools in cooperation with Retention Process Specialist. Maintain copies of
- signed, discussed performance reviews of employees in 201 files
Talent Optimization
- Receive and organize employee learning and growth activities in cooperation with Optimization Process Specialist. Maintain learning and growth histories in HCM
HR Administration

Handle Record Management (including Certificate Generation, 201 File, etc.) and ensures accuracy

Monitor completion and distribution of Employee Movement and Separation related documents

Support simple fully defined disciplinary action (i.e., tardiness, etc.)

Aid in compliance to separation policy and process through conducting exit interviews as necessary

Assist the HRA Supervisor in managing and continuously improving HR support systems.

Attend to HR-related employee queries and concerns

Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years actual experience in HR;

Involved in employee engagement, HR technology projects;

Bachelors/College Degree in one of these courses:
Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Economics.
