Planning Engineer | Toril, Davao  

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing company documents such as SOPs, technical drawings, instruction manuals, and control logbooks of the power plant, both in hard and soft copy. The document controller shall adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information, maintain control procedures and undertake in securing all plant’s permits and licenses.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Coordinates with Operations and Maintenance Heads daily for all corrective, preventive and condition-based maintenance as well as emergency work order schedules.
• Assists and provides inputs in the pre-evaluation and analysis of the need of parts replacement and/or placement and order.
• Monitors the timely implementation of scheduled Work Orders with respect of the main plant and balance of plant equipment.
• Assists in the collation of approved preventive, condition-based and corrective maintenance plans to establish long-term maintenance program for the plant.
• Collects data on preventive/corrective maintenance activities to monitor compliance to maintenance procedures as well as to provide proactive approach in repairs and maintenance.
• Assists in the implementation of CMMS-Maximo of the plant to ensure compliance of the Maintenance KPI.
• Complies with occupational safety and health as well as environmental rules and regulations to prevent accidents, illness, and adverse effects on the environment.
• Complies with housekeeping policies within his/her area of responsibility during assigned shift to maintain standards of cleanliness and orderliness of plant equipment and premises.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer
• At least 2 years in power plant maintenance
