Job Description
Will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating company training programs for continuing development of multiple skills.
Learning and Development
- Coordinates the implementation of approved trainings with training providers and participants.
- Implements approved training programs within budget and schedule; and monitors actual training expenses and prepares related reports.
- Prepares training logistics (venue, catering arrangements, training materials, certificates, payments, etc.) and ensures smooth flow of in-house training programs.
- Evaluates training programs, communicates training feedback, and makes follow through as needed.
- Keeps training records complete and up to date (Training request forms, Feedback forms, and training certificates).
- Updates the list of Accredited Facilitators/Training providers as needed.
- Submits training related reports within schedule (HR Metrics, Year End Reports, other training related reports).
- Conducts orientation on learning and development process, as needed.
- Prepares in-house learning modules and facilitates/conducts in-house training.
- Assists in the design and preparation of internal training modules.
Competency Management System (CMS)
- Assists in updating the Competency Management System
- Assists in the preparation of competency reports and competency targets.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Assists in the semi-annual and annual performance evaluation.
- Conducts Performance Management Orientation, as needed.
Other Related Tasks
- Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.
- Conforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Reports Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.
- Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by:
a. Ensuring confidentiality of the company’s Competency and Performance Management System.
5. Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering/ Human Resources Development Management/ Psychology/ Behavioral Science.
- With background in training facilitation, competency management system, and performance management system
- With at least two (2) years of related work experience.
