The position holder is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of ARI's compliance governance programs. Ensures adherence by all Functional Groups with all compliances, both technical and non-technical, within ARI to manage reputations, eliminate risks and consequences related to non-compliance.
The position holder implements the Stakeholder Relationship Management plan as directed by the SRRLC Heads.
Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:
- Leads the tracking of group compliance through the coordination with all sites for the updating, monitoring and reporting of compliance registers.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of compliance programs, policies, and procedures
- Generates report from the compliance registers and provide interpretation whether the compliance process are met and/or for subsequent action planning with the team lead, as necessary.
- Supports internal and external and regulatory audit.
- Lead in building culture of compliance in the auditing registers and proposing recommendation on its improvement through training, process improvement or system enhancements.
- Collaborate with various functional groups to ensure awareness of and adherence to compliance obligations.
- Develops and maintain relationship with assigned stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any related course
- Preferably has exposure in working with/for government agencies (ERC, DOE, NGCP, BOI)
- Preferably with Legal Management background
