Senior Backend Developer Golang  

Responsibilities:
🔹 Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Golang.
🔹 Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
🔹 Develop clean, readable, reusable, and well-structured Go code following software engineering best practices.
🔹 Design and implement backend services while considering scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
🔹 Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases to design, implement, and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
🔹 Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and application stability.
🔹 Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve application issues.
🔹 Work in Linux/Unix environments for application development, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
🔹 Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, System Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
🔹 Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, code quality, and system reliability.
🔹 Ensure developed applications follow established coding standards, security practices, and software development best practices.
🔹 Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Software Development, preferably with strong experience in Backend Development.
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) and backend application development.
✅ Solid experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
✅ Experience working with NoSQL databases.
✅ Good understanding and hands-on experience with Unit Testing, including Go testing frameworks and testing tools.
✅ Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments and experience working with Linux-based systems.
✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
