Adarna House is in need of a Finance Officer with a strong background in tax reporting, financial statement preparation, and team leadership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Preparing accurate and timely Financial Statements.
- Preparing and filing BIR Tax Returns including Withholding Taxes, VAT, SLSP, LIS, Annual Tax Return, Inventory List, and BOA.
- Assisting in Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.
- Providing support during the Annual Financial Audit.
- Overseeing and managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) team.
- Assisting in developing and improving financial policies and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in BIR Tax Reporting and Financial Statement Preparation.
- Experienced in using Accounting Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at using online tools.
- Strong knowledge of economic laws and regulations and expert in implementing internal controls.
- Possesses exemplary analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and make sound financial decisions
- Must have a sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
