Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT department managing all aspect of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 account management, IT asset management, Cyber-Security, etc
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations and zero downtime for critical applications
- Manage IT budget and monitor CAPEX/OPEX expenses and spendings
- Provide IT best practices and propose and justify necessary improvements & tools to existing process flows, daily workflows
- Formulate and establish IT policies and best practices
- Provide Email and phone support
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Experience working across the region managing IT hardware / software will be advantageous
- Occasional travelling required to SEA countries
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Good communications and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Team player and be independent in executing work-related jobs
- Proficient in written and spoken English
