- Memimpin dan mengawasi aktivitas operasional gudang harian.
- Memastikan penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan pengiriman barang berjalan tepat waktu dan akurat.
- Melakukan kontrol stok, stock opname, dan monitoring inventory.
- Mengatur dan mengembangkan tim warehouse agar bekerja produktif dan disiplin.
- Menjaga kerapihan gudang serta kepatuhan terhadap SOP dan standar keselamatan kerja.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang warehouse/logistik, dan 1 tahun sebagai leader/supervisor.
- Memahami sistem inventory, FIFO/FEFO, dan proses distribusi.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan sistem ERP/WMS menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Teliti, tegas, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
