- Menjalankan proses recruitment dari sourcing, screening, interview, hingga offering.
- Membuat dan memposting lowongan di berbagai recruitment channels.
- Melakukan screening CV dan interview awal kandidat.
- Berkoordinasi dengan user terkait kebutuhan dan proses recruitment.
- Menjaga dan mengembangkan talent pool untuk kebutuhan hiring saat ini maupun ke depan.
- Membantu pelaksanaan program training dan development karyawan.
- Membantu administrasi dan koordinasi training, onboarding, dan employee development program.
- Mengelola data training, evaluasi, dan dokumentasi pengembangan karyawan.
- Membantu melakukan Training Needs Analysis (TNA) dan menyusun kebutuhan pengembangan karyawan.
Minimum Qualifications
Kandidat yang people-oriented, energetic, organized, dan memiliki curiosity tinggi terhadap HR, dengan minat untuk berkembang dari Talent Acquisition ke broader HR & People Development.
S1 dan punya pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama
