Tentang Posisi
Memimpin operasional harian dan capability development tim Surgical Support (Technical Support) — healthcare professionals yang memberikan technical assistance kepada orthopedic surgeons selama prosedur di Operating Room.
Posisi ini menggabungkan Team leadership, operational planning, dan people development.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Memimpin dan mengkoordinasikan operasional harian Surgical Support di rumah sakit.
- Mengatur manpower planning, scheduling, dan team allocation.
- Memastikan team readiness dan kualitas surgical support selama prosedur.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Sales, Product, dan Operations untuk memastikan kelancaran support.
- Mengembangkan kompetensi tim melalui training, coaching, dan skill assessment.
- Mengidentifikasi operational gaps dan menjalankan continuous improvement.
- Memantau performance tim dan memastikan standar kerja dijalankan secara konsisten.
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimal S1 Health Sciences, Biomedika, Hospital Management dan atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman di industri medical device atau healthcare
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di hospital/Operating Room (lebih disukai)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam team coordination, supervision, training, atau coaching.
- Memahami surgical workflow dan mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan OR yang dinamis.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem-solving yang baik.
- Hands-on, organized, responsive, dan mampu bekerja dekat dengan tim.
- Bersedia mendukung kegiatan surgical sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
