Job Description
What you will do with us:
- As Head of Strategy, your task is to support the CEO to run the business in the most effective ways possible.
- You will be responsible for:
- Strategic project management by working on multiple project across department such as long-term project or taking control urgent issues faced by the company
- Organizes and prioritizes critical issues for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making
- Supporting the work of the CEO by trying to resolve problems that don’t need a lot of his/her attention
- Ensuring various department are working collaboratively by making connections that otherwise would not be made What we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
- Fundamentals of business and sound knowledge of how companies operated especially in tech/digital/start-up companies, with 3 to 7 years experiences in consulting would be an ideal
- Comprehensive knowledge of the overall department function
- Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines
- Interpersonal and influencing skills
- Problem-solving and active listening
- Out of the box thinker and great communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
