Job Description
Scope of Work
As a Lead-in-training, the offshore Recruitment Specialist Level III functions as a one-man team in a high-volume, online-based, centralized recruiting environment. The position combines full-cycle recruitment, account management, and client support responsibilities.
Responsibilities
➢ Partner with Sales and Account Managers to grow Amtec's contract staffing business in the US.
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies.
- Prepare screening questions based on client requirements and job definition.
- Perform candidate phone interviews and other types of preliminary qualification process to identify top talent.
- Present qualified applicants to hiring managers and schedule interviews as requested.
- Initiate job offers and assist candidates with Amtec's onboarding and hiring procedures.
- Terminate contractors when they fail to meet client standards or upon completion of the assignment.
- Create an amazing candidate experience for all applicants.
- Participate in strategic staffing initiatives including workflow and process improvement.
- Share best practices among team members to support growth and continuous improvement.
➢ Coordinate with clients to understand recruitment needs and place the best available talent in the market.
➢ Utilize applicant tracking software to record all recruitment-related activities.
➢ Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with candidates and client companies.
➢ The Recruitment Specialist may, likewise, be asked to perform related duties and/or assist in other functions or projects incidental to the work described herein.
Salary & Perks
➢ P25,000 to P37,000 base salary (depends on relevant experience)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College degree preferred. BPO or recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of education
- At least 3 years of experience in full desk US recruitment/RPO, required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift (12MN to 9AM)
- Amenable to work in Mckinley West, Taguig City
