Job Description
- Involve in planning and executing an Employer Branding Activation with the Human Capital Team.
- Handling social media or content writing, and reporting.
- Assisting on branding for the company.
- Review, analyze, and continuously improve Employer Branding activities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate student (in last year) or Fresh Graduate from all majors are open to apply
- Creative, curious, high initiative, and dynamic.
- Have strategic and disruptive thinking
- Have good public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good copywriting skill and understand designs.
- Advance in using editing tool (Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/etc)
- Having experience in using video editing tool (VN/Filmora/Sony Vegas/Adobe Premiere)
- Advance command in English both spoken and written.
