What You’ll Do
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Identify target markets and customer segments
- Create strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
2. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
3. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research on consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends
- Analyze marketing data, KPIs, and ROI
- Use insights to improve marketing strategies
4. Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Develop brand positioning and messaging
5. Budget Management
- Plan and control marketing budgets
- Allocate resources effectively across campaigns and marketing efforts
6. Collaboration with Other Departments
- Work closely with sales, product development, creatives, and media management teams
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and product launches
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years specifically in a strategic planning capacity within the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving online sales and brand growth for D2C brands or e-commerce businesses.
- Demonstrable expertise in online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) and social commerce platforms.
- Strong experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for digital products or campaigns.
- Solid understanding of the creator economy and mobile marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with paid media operations (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
- Previous experience working for an "enabler" (a company that helps brands with their e-commerce operations) is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and pitching abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, platform-specific dashboards).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in the digital space.
