The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the online marketing and e-commerce initiatives of Apsara Furniture and its brands (AF Home, Easy Space, Dreambuild, Beanie MNL, Mr. Chuck, etc.). This role is responsible for driving traffic, optimizing conversions, managing digital campaigns, and improving overall online presence across all platforms.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and able to handle both marketing execution and e-commerce operations.
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
Create engaging content, captions, and campaign strategies for brand awareness and conversions.
Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
2. E-Commerce Store Management
Manage product listings, pricing updates, categories, and promotional campaigns on:
✔ Lazada
✔ Shopee
✔ TikTok Shop
✔ Shopify / Brand Websites
Coordinate product uploads, SEO-optimized descriptions, and high-quality product images.
Track platform analytics (conversion rate, CTR, ATC, search ranking, etc.).
3. Social Media Management
Create and schedule content calendars for all brands.
Monitor page engagement, respond to inquiries (when needed), and track insights.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality videos, photos, and ads.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance, sales data, and customer behavior.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTM, and conversion rate.
5. Coordination & Cross-Department Work
Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, sales teams, and e-commerce staff.
Align online promotions with sales events (Payday Sale, 10.10, 11.11, Christmas campaigns, etc.).
Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials.
6. Website & SEO Optimization
Update website banners, collections, blogs, and landing pages.
Conduct basic SEO tasks: keyword research, meta descriptions, on-page optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience Required
Minimum 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce.
Experience in managing paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is highly preferred.
Experience with Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop backend is a strong advantage.
Experience in furniture, retail, lifestyle, or home category is a plus but not required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
Ability to create content strategies and marketing funnels
Familiar with tools such as:
Meta Business Suite
Ads Manager
TikTok Ads
Google Analytics
Canva / CapCut / basic editing tools
Shopify / Lazada / Shopee Seller Center
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
