Job Description

  1. Develop and recommend brand strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
  2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  3. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  4. Work closely with creatives, digital marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  5. Monitor campaign and brand performance, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Support in creating presentations, marketing plans, and brand guidelines.
  7. Help ensure that all branding and communication materials align with the company’s overall brand direction and standards.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or any related field.
  2. Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in brand management, brand planning, marketing strategy, or campaign planning.
  3. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand positioning.
  4. Experience in handling campaigns, launches, or integrated marketing initiatives is an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  6. Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
