Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing accounting journals and monthly FS (&Consolidated FS)
- Coordinating with HQ and preparing console package data periodic basis
- Dealing with external auditors (big 4) and regulatory parties (OJK)
- Preparing data/materials for external financing needs (equity/debt financing) and lead financial DD for acquisitions
Minimum Qualifications
- Have minimum 3 years of experience, preferably from a top 10 audit firms, or other related industry (banking, finance, fintech, etc.)
- Have good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and high level of discipline
- Experienced in Indonesian Accounting Standards
- Able to formulate Accounting Policy
- Have adequate knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Have adequate Experience in Consolidated Financial Statement
- IPO related experience is a plus
- Fluent in English is required, and Mandarin language is a plus
