- Plan and execute end-to-end user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Conduct field studies and on-site observations at warehouses to understand operational workflows and user pain points.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that directly influence product strategy and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure user-centered decision-making.
- Develop research frameworks, research plans, and methodologies to support product initiatives.
- Communicate insights effectively through reports, decks, and stakeholder presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher.
- Strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, survey analysis, etc.).
- Proven experience conducting field studies, especially in operational or warehouse environments.
- Willing and able to be mobile for warehouse visits as part of research activities.
- Based in Jabodetabek for easier coordination and on-site research.
- Ability to translate research insights into clear product recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Design teams.
- Passionate about understanding user behavior, solving problems, and delivering meaningful user experiences.
- Able to work in hybrid working arrangement
